Availability

• The availability of the Service may be directly impacted by the availability of external systems. There is no guarantee or warranty for the service availability, up-time, and continuity. We will always strive to provide the best availability possible by monitoring the service and ensuring the maximum amount of availability.

Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall sheetapi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Plan Cancellations

• Users have the right to cancel their plans at any time.

• Cancellations will take effect after the current billing period is over.

• Users are entitled to a 30-day refund for any reason. In this case, the plan cancellation will take effect immediately.

Data Cache

• We may cache your spreadsheet data to ensure a better service. However, upon account termination or removal of a sheet, all cached data will be purged.

Modification of Terms
